Design and implementation of FPGA-based arrhythmic ECG signals using VHDL for biomedical calibration applications

Biomedical applications are one of the important research areas recent years. One these fields study is biomedical signals. In this study, Normal Sinus Rhythm and three arrhythmic ECG signals (Ventricular Tachycardia, Ventricular Paced Atrial Flutter), vital sign signals, were designed implemented to work on FPGA chips using Xilinx-Vivado program with VHDL. Matlab-based taken as a reference compared results obtained from FPGA-based design. Then, structure used in design test have been presented. The synthesized for Zynq-7000 XC7Z020 observed oscilloscope 14-channel AN9767 DA module. chip resource consumption values after Place-Route process According results, maximum operating frequency tachycardia was 657.614 MHz Flutter 651.827 MHz. MSE value signal 1.2319E-02. it has shown that generation system, which hardware, can be safely calibration applications. Other similar methods future studies.
